Plain-language summary: By using Ullbek you agree to these terms. You retain rights in content you upload. AI-generated site content is produced for your use on the Ullbek platform. You are solely and unconditionally responsible for all content on your published site — whether you wrote it, uploaded it, or the AI generated it. Ullbek is a generation and hosting provider only; we use AI models under the hood and charge small pass-through credits for model usage. We also run automated checks before a site goes live to keep the platform safe — we may decline to publish or take down any site that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 10). We can suspend accounts that break these rules. Please read fully before proceeding.

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Ullbek ("Ullbek", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the Ullbek website, platform, tools, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the Services, or clicking "Start building", you confirm that:

you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms;
you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
if using Ullbek on behalf of a company or organisation, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

02 Definitions

"Services": The Ullbek web application, AI website-building agent, preview environment, publishing infrastructure, and any associated APIs, tools, or documentation.
"User Content": Any text, images, data, instructions, prompts, or other material you submit to the Services.
"AI Output" / "Generated Content": HTML, CSS, JavaScript, images, copy, and any other content created by the AI agent in response to your prompts.
"Published Site": Any website or web page made publicly accessible via Ullbek's hosting infrastructure (e.g. on a *.ullbek.site subdomain or a connected custom domain).
"AI Credits": Prepaid usage credits consumed when the AI agent performs build, edit, or generation tasks. Credits are non-refundable once consumed.
"Starter Credit": The complimentary $2 USD equivalent in AI Credits issued to new accounts at registration, subject to eligibility and fair-use limits.

03 Description of the Services

Ullbek is an AI website builder. You describe a website in natural language; our AI writes real HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and renders a live preview. You can then publish that site to a *.ullbek.site subdomain for free, or connect your own custom domain for a monthly fee.

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We reserve the right to:

modify, improve, or discontinue any feature of the Services at any time;
introduce new features that may be subject to additional terms or pricing;
perform maintenance during which the Services may be temporarily unavailable.

We will endeavour to give reasonable notice of significant changes or scheduled downtime where practicable.

04 Accounts & Access

To access the Services you must register for an account. You agree to:

provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
maintain the security of your password and account credentials;
promptly notify us of any unauthorised access or suspected security breach;
accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account credentials with others or create accounts for the purpose of circumventing usage limits. We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.

One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional Starter Credits or circumvent account restrictions is a material breach of these Terms.

05 AI Credits & Billing

AI Credits are consumed each time the agent generates or modifies content on your behalf. Credit consumption is billed at close to the underlying AI model's cost with a small operational margin.

Starter Credit: New accounts receive the equivalent of $2 USD in AI Credits at no charge. Starter Credits expire 12 months after issuance or upon account deletion, whichever comes first.
Top-ups: You may purchase additional AI Credits at any time. All top-up purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
No subscription for core building: Core AI building and publishing to *.ullbek.site does not require a recurring subscription. Credits are consumed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
Premium Hosting subscription: Premium Hosting requires a monthly subscription of $12 USD per site (€10 in EUR regions). The subscription includes a custom domain (any available standard domain valued up to $20/yr), priority edge routing, and priority support. The subscription is billed monthly in advance and renews automatically until cancelled.
Price changes: We may adjust Credit pricing or subscription fees with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

All prices are quoted in USD and exclude any taxes or duties that may apply in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes.

06 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights in User Content you submit to the Services — your prompts, uploaded images, copy, and data remain yours.

By submitting User Content you grant Ullbek a limited, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and transmit your User Content solely to the extent necessary to provide and improve the Services. This licence does not authorise us to sell or commercially exploit your User Content in any other way.

You represent and warrant that:

you own or have the necessary rights and permissions to submit your User Content;
your User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
your User Content complies with all applicable laws and does not violate Section 10 (Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content).

We do not pre-screen User Content but reserve the right to remove or disable access to any content that violates these Terms or is the subject of a valid legal complaint.

07 AI-Generated Output

The HTML, CSS, JavaScript, text, images, and other materials generated by the Ullbek agent in response to your prompts ("AI Output") are produced so you can build, preview, and publish websites on the Services. You may use and iterate on AI Output through the Services for any lawful purpose, including commercial projects hosted on Ullbek.

What this means in practice: Ullbek is a build-and-host platform. The agent writes real web pages for sites you preview and publish on our hosting.

Your unconditional responsibility for AI-generated content: Ullbek generates content — including text, images, code, and other assets — on your behalf using AI models. This content is produced automatically and is not reviewed by Ullbek before delivery or publication. You must review all AI-generated content before publishing. You — not Ullbek — are solely and unconditionally responsible for ensuring that all generated content is lawful, accurate, non-infringing, and appropriate for your intended use. The fact that content was AI-generated does not diminish, transfer, or limit your responsibility in any way.

You further acknowledge that:

No uniqueness guarantee: Because AI outputs are generated from large language models trained on broad datasets, similar outputs may be produced for other users. We do not warrant that AI Output is unique or free from similarity to other generated content.
No copyright warranty: We do not warrant that AI Output is free from third-party IP claims. You are solely responsible for reviewing all generated content for potential copyright, trademark, or other IP concerns before publication — regardless of whether that content was AI-generated or user-submitted.
Accuracy: AI Output may contain errors, outdated information, or hallucinations. You are responsible for reviewing and testing all generated content before publishing.
Images & media: Images generated or sourced by the AI agent are provided without any warranty of IP clearance. You are responsible for verifying that any images used on your published site are appropriately licensed for your use case.
Third-party libraries: The agent may include open-source libraries via CDN. Those libraries remain subject to their own licences (typically MIT, Apache 2.0, or similar permissive licences).

08 Content Responsibility & Copyright

Ullbek is an AI website builder and hosting platform. We provide the tools and infrastructure to build and serve websites, but we do not author, review, endorse, or take ownership of any content published on sites built with Ullbek.

You are solely, unconditionally, and entirely responsible for all content appearing on your published site, including but not limited to:

AI-generated text, images, code, and any other assets produced by the Ullbek agent;
content you upload, type, or otherwise submit to the Services;
third-party content, stock images, fonts, or libraries incorporated into your site by any means;
any combination or adaptation of the above.

This responsibility is unconditional. It applies regardless of how the content was created or introduced — including where that content was generated entirely by the Ullbek AI agent without any direct input from you. The AI-generated nature of content does not transfer, reduce, share, or otherwise limit your responsibility in any way.

You are specifically responsible for:

Legal compliance: ensuring all content on your site complies with applicable copyright, trademark, defamation, privacy, data protection, and other laws in every jurisdiction where your site is accessible;
Review before publishing: reviewing all AI-generated and user-submitted content for accuracy, legality, and IP clearance prior to publication — you are expected to perform this review because you are the responsible party;
Rights and licences: obtaining any necessary licences, permissions, waivers, or rights for any third-party content appearing on your site;
Copyright ownership: ensuring you do not publish content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party;
Ongoing compliance: monitoring your published site and promptly removing or correcting any content that becomes unlawful or infringing.

Ullbek disclaims all liability arising from, or in connection with, the content of your published site. Any claim, loss, or liability arising from your site's content — including claims by third parties relating to copyright infringement, defamation, privacy violations, or any other legal basis — is your responsibility alone. This applies whether the content in question was AI-generated or not.

09 Ullbek's Intellectual Property

The Ullbek platform, brand, logo, underlying technology, proprietary prompting systems, and the Services themselves are owned by Ullbek and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights in Ullbek's intellectual property except the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Ullbek platform or its underlying systems;
use Ullbek's brand, name, or logo without express written permission;
scrape or systematically extract data from the Services by automated means.

10 Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

Ullbek is for building real, lawful websites. You agree not to use the Services — or direct the AI agent — to create, publish, or host sites that contain or promote any of the following:

Sexual content and services — pornography or sexually explicit material, and sexual services of any kind, including escort or paid-companionship offerings and adult-dating or hookup services, however they are worded or described.
Weapons & firearms sales — the sale, trade, or unlicensed promotion of firearms, ammunition, or related accessories.
Illegal drugs & controlled substances — the sale, supply, or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances not permitted under applicable law.
Violence, terrorism & violent extremism — content that incites, glorifies, or facilitates violence, terrorism, or extremist ideologies.
Hate speech & harassment — content that targets, demeans, or incites hatred against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar protected characteristics.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — this is a zero-tolerance policy. Any site found to contain CSAM will be taken down immediately, the account terminated, and the content reported to the relevant authorities.
Fraud, phishing, malware & scams — sites designed to deceive visitors, steal personal information, distribute malicious software, or conduct any form of financial scam.
Counterfeit goods — the sale or promotion of counterfeit, fake, or knock-off products that infringe a brand's intellectual property.
Impersonation & unauthorised copying — impersonating another person, business, or brand, or copying another site's content or design without permission. You must own or have the legal right to everything you publish on your site.
Any other illegal activity — anything that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or termination, without refund of any remaining Credits.

We judge what a site is, not how it is phrased. Rewording a prohibited service does not change what it offers.

How Review Works

Every site is checked automatically at the moment you publish. Most publishes go through instantly. A clear violation is declined with the reason shown to you. A borderline case is held briefly for human review — usually less than a day — and then either cleared or declined. Editing your content and publishing again always triggers a fresh review.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, to:

decline to publish a site that appears to violate this policy;
unpublish or take down a site that is found to violate this policy after it has gone live;
suspend or terminate the associated account.

We may also decline to publish, or take down, any site at our discretion where the law or our hosting obligations require it.

Mistakes and appeals: Automated review isn't perfect. If you believe your site was declined in error, email support@ullbek.com with your site address — a human will look at it. Moderation decisions protect the platform and its users; they are never a judgement of you.

11 Publishing & Hosting

When you publish a site through Ullbek, your Published Site is served from Ullbek's global edge infrastructure. You acknowledge that:

Free hosting: Published Sites on *.ullbek.site subdomains are hosted free of charge as long as your account remains active and in good standing.
Premium Hosting: A monthly subscription ($12 USD / €10 EUR per site) is required to serve your Published Site from a custom domain. The subscription includes a free domain (any available standard domain valued up to $20/yr), priority edge routing, and priority support. On cancellation of the subscription, the site will revert to its *.ullbek.site address and remain live there.
Content responsibility: You are solely and unconditionally responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of your Published Site's content — including all AI-generated content. Ullbek acts only as a technical generation and hosting provider and does not pre-screen, review, or take responsibility for published content. See Section 8 for the full scope of your content obligations.
Uptime: We target a high-availability infrastructure, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime and are not liable for hosting interruptions beyond our control.
Takedown: We reserve the right to suspend or take down any Published Site that violates these Terms, is the subject of a valid legal notice, or poses a risk to the Services or other users.

12 Payment, Cancellation & Refunds

AI Credits (top-ups): Purchased Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law or where a demonstrable platform error caused unintended credit consumption.

Premium Hosting subscription:

Billed monthly in advance. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial-month refunds are issued unless required by law.
If payment fails and is not resolved within 7 days, the custom domain may be disconnected and the site will revert to its *.ullbek.site address.

Chargebacks: Initiating an unwarranted chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact us at support@ullbek.com to resolve billing disputes before raising a dispute with your card issuer.

13 Termination

By you: You may close your account at any time from your account dashboard. On closure, your Published Sites will be taken offline and all stored data will be scheduled for deletion within 30 days.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy;
we are required to do so by law or a court order;
continued hosting poses a legal, security, or reputational risk to Ullbek or its users.

Where possible, we will give reasonable advance notice of termination except where immediate action is necessary (e.g. serious AUP violations). Upon termination, any unused AI Credits are forfeited and are non-refundable.

Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, and 16 survive termination of these Terms.

14 Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement;
any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI Output for any purpose.

We do not warrant that AI Output is unique, legally clear of third-party IP claims, or suitable for any specific commercial or legal use without independent review. You use AI Output at your own risk.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ullbek and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any:

indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities;
damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services or AI Output;
unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

In no event shall our total cumulative liability to you exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Ullbek in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you in full.

16 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ullbek and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

your use of the Services in violation of these Terms;
your User Content or your Published Site's content;
any misrepresentation made by you in connection with the Services;
your infringement of any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

17 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will:

update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page;
notify registered users via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect (except for changes required by law, which may be effective immediately).

Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services and may close your account.

18 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ullbek is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We encourage you to contact us in the first instance to resolve any disputes informally. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days of written notice, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ullbek's principal place of business.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country of residence.
