People build with Ullbek in more than a hundred countries. Until this week, almost all of them saw the same thing at the checkout: a price in US dollars. A price in someone else's money is a price you have to convert in your head, then wonder what your bank will add on top. It's a small thing, and it's the moment a lot of people close the tab.
So we changed it. Ullbek now shows you prices in your own currency, set for where you live, with tax already inside. The number you see is the number you pay.
Priced for where you live
Premium Hosting, which puts your site on your own domain with no Ullbek badge, is priced country by country. We didn't take the US price and run it through an exchange rate. We set each price so it means the same thing in that country, then rounded it to a figure people there actually use.
| Where you are | Premium Hosting | Top up from |
|---|---|---|
| United States | US$12 / month | US$3 |
| United Kingdom | £9 / month | £3 |
| Australia | A$15 / month | A$5 |
| Europe | €10 / month | €3 |
| Japan | ¥1,500 / month | ¥300 |
| Mexico | MX$149 / month | MX$29 |
| Brazil | R$34.90 / month | R$9.90 |
| Türkiye | ₺299 / month | ₺49 |
| South Africa | R 99 / month | R 29 |
| India | ₹399 / month | ₹99 |
| Pakistan | Rs 999 / month | Rs 299 |
Everywhere else, prices are in US dollars, with the same smaller top-ups. Building and publishing on a free .ullbek.site address stays free, wherever you are.
Top up any amount
AI credits pay for the work of building and changing your site. Credit packs used to start at ten credits, which is a lot to commit to when you're just finishing a homepage. Now you can top up a little or a lot: pick one of three amounts sized for your country, or type in any amount from a small minimum. A credit costs the same at every amount, so a small top-up isn't a worse deal, just a smaller one.
Pay the way you already pay
The payment page now speaks your currency and offers the ways people pay where you live: cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link everywhere, plus SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL and Bancontact in Europe, BECS and PayTo in Australia, Pix in Brazil and UPI in India. Payments go through Stripe, and your receipt comes by email.
- The price you see is the price you pay. It's in your currency, and tax is already inside it.
- Start small. Top up just what you need, from a small minimum.
- Pay how you like. Your country's usual ways to pay are on the page.
- Nothing changes for plans you already have. They keep the price they started on.
Somewhere else today?
Your account's prices follow the country you signed up from. If you've moved, or you're paying from somewhere new, Ullbek will offer to switch when it notices, and an owner can change the country on the Billing page any time. It never switches by itself, and it only changes prices for new purchases.
